Athletic Scholarships at MSSU
Athletic scholarships at MSSU are managed by the Athletic Department. These awards are competitive and recognize student-athletes who demonstrate skill, commitment, and academic achievement.
Scholarship Requirements
- Recipients must participate in the activities outlined by the awarding department.
- Awards are competitive and based on athletic performance.
- A portfolio or audition may be required depending on the sport.
- Recipients must be full-time students (12 credit hours) and maintain the required GPA to renew the award.
- Students must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- Awards are not available for Summer Session unless approved by the Director of Student Financial Aid.
